SCRIP CODE: 511377 Sub: Intimation under Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to intimate that the 61 Share certificates for 6100 equity shares as per details given herebelow are reported to have been Lost/Misplaced and request from shareholder/s is received by the Company through its Registrar & Share Transfer Agents M/s. Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. for issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu thereof. The Company is in process of issuance of duplicate share certificates in lieu of the 6100 share certificates as per Annexure-1 list attached lost as requested by the shareholder/s on completion of the necessary formalities.
