| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 18th July, 2024 inter-alia, considered the following matters: 1. Approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024; 2. Declared interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share (i.e. 200% of paid-up share capital of the Company) having face value of Re. 1/- each. 3. Re-appointed M/s. M Baldeva Associates, Company Secretaries, Mumbai, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit for the financial year 2024-25. 4. Re-appointed M/s. C. S. Adawadkar & Co., Cost Accountants, Pune (FRN: 100401) as Cost Auditors of the Company to conduct Cost Audit for cost records for the financial year 2024-25. | |
