Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading in Securities by Designated Person' ('Insider Trading Code') and in compliance with circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE Limited, circular no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02 2019 issued by National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August, 05, 20222 the 'Trading Window 'for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close with effect from April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Statement of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, for the Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company's Code of Conduct.
