| Metalyst Forgings Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/04/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir / Ma'am, Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we are hereby informed you that the Meeting for approval of Unaudited Standalone Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter and three months ended on June 2023, is scheduled to be held on 05th April 2024. The Company is under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Its affairs, business, and assets are being managed by the Resolution Professional, Mr. Dinkar T. Venkatasubramanian, ('RP') of the Company with effect from 12th January 2018.Therefore the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results approved by the Resolution Professional and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. | |
