| The company has fixed Friday, September 17, 2021 as 'Record Date' for determining entitlement of Members for receiving Dividend@ 20% i.e.Rs.2/- per equity share of having face value of Rs. 10/- (fully paid up) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, if approved at the AGM. The dividend will be paid within ten days from the conclusion of the AGM, to the members whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members on the Record date through electronic/other modes as applicable.<BR> <BR> Notice is further given that the pursuant to Section 91 of the Act and the Rules framed thereunder, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday September 20, 2021 to Tuesday, September 28, 2021 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of 29th AGM for Financial Year 2020-21.<BR> | |
