With reference to the captioned subject, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with schedule III of Listing Regulations, we wish to inform the exchanges that Ms. Agrima Shah (ACS 39324) has conveyed her decision to resign from the post of Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. January 25, 2024 due to her personal reasons. The management has accepted her resignation. We further confirm that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than those provided above, and accordingly, she will be relieved from her duties and responsibilities w.e.f. the close of business hours on January 25, 2024.
