| Millennium Online Solutions ( India ) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results as per IND-AS along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on June 30, 2022 pursuant to regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement, 2015. 2. To re-appoint M/S B. Chordia & Co. Charted Accountants having registration no (FRN 121083W) as statutory auditor of the company for second term of 5 years, Subject to approval of members in ensuing Annual General Meeting. 3. To fix day, date, time and venue of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2022 and approve notice of the same. 4. To approve the dates of closure of shares transfer books and register of members. 5.
