| MINDTECK (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the 233rd Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 08, 2024, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2024. Further, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from July 01, 2024 to August 11, 2024 (both days inclusive) as per BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 & NSE letter No. NSE/CML/2019/11, both dated April 02, 2019, and in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
