We would like to inform you that based on Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board at its meeting held today has considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Swapna Singh (DIN: 07763175) as an additional director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director upto an ensuing AGM, for the period of 5 years subject to the approval of ensuing AGM.
