This is to inform you that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors/KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons with effect from Saturday, October 1, 2022 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2022. Accordingly, all Directors/ KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2022 shall be intimated to you separately.
