| Mitsu Chem Plast Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/04/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we hereby inform you that a meeting of Rights Issue and allotment Committee of Board of Directors the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11th April, 2024 to consider inter-alia and to approve the following matters; 1) Matter relating to payment of First and final call money on 15,09,075 partly paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each which were issued and allotted on March 11, 2024 on right basis, pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated February 13, 2024. 2) Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
