we wish to you inform you that the Rights issue Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday August 20 2024, fixed Monday, August 26, 2024 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the equity shareholders entitled to receive the Rights Entitlements in the Rights issue. The Company has obtained the International Securities Identification Number (RE ISIN Number) i.e. INE250S20015 for the purpose of credit of the rights entitlements in accordance with the provision of Regulation 77A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2018 read with relevant circulars in this regards issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India from time to time.
