We hereby inform the Stock Exchanges that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulation 2018, the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders as per BSE Circular Ref No U/ST/COMP/01/2019-20 date April 20, 2019 on clarification regarding trading restriction period , The Trading window of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and immediate relatives of the designated persons with immediate effect ie. October 3, 2023 till 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2023. The date of Board Meeting in which the said unaudited results would be considered shall be intimated to you in due course.
