We hereby inform the Stock Exchanges the pursuant to the SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended by SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and as per BSE Circular Rf No U ST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 on clarification regarding trading restriction period, the trading window of the company will be closed to all designated persons and immediate relatives of the designated persons with immediate effect from January 4, 2024 till 48 hours of declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. The board meeting in which the said unaudited results would be considered will be intimated to you in due course.
