| have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, files and other documents relating to M/s. Modi Rubber Limited maintained by M/s. Mas Services Limited pertaining to transfer of Equity Shares of the company for the period from 1ST April, 2021 to 31st March, 2022 for the purpose of issuing this certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and based on the information provided by the Company and Mas Services Limited, I hereby certify that: A. Share Certificate(s) relating to the Share Transfer and Transmission Form(s) received during the period from 1ST April, 2021 to 31st March, 2022 as entered in the Memorandum of Transfers have been issued within one month from the date of lodgment of each , except those rejected on technical grounds. B. Share Certificate in respect of requests for issue of renewal, split, consolidation and duplicate certificates if any, have been issued within one month from the date of lodgment. | |
