1. Reviewed, considered, and approved the Draft Information Memorandum (IM) of the Company.
2. Considered and approved the Incorporation of a Section 8 Company (Non-Profit Organization) as subsidiary of the Company with the objective of the promotion of commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment as per section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013;
3. Considered and provided its no-objection for the use of the Company''s premises as the Registered Office of the proposed Section 8 Company
4. Considered and provided its no-objection to using the phrase "Modis Navnirman" as a prefix in the proposed Section 8 Company''s name.
