Modison Metals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, have decided following:<BR><BR>- Mr. Ashok Jatia has joined the Board as Additional Director. He is Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and a Law Graduate and is having 30 years of experience in the above fields. Mr. Ashok Jatia shall hold office as an Additional Director till the ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
