| 1. Approved and adopted the unaudited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 (Copy Enclosed). The Limited Review Reports on the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results submitted by M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company are also enclosed herewith. 2. Approved to discontinue the Blanket Manufacturing Project at Kathua (J&K) of the subsidiary company M/s Monte Carlo Home Textiles Ltd, due to the excessive delay in Land registration process. The company, Monte Carlo Fashions Ltd will continue to do business in Blankets with the old model i.e. by sourcing blankets from both Domestic and International suppliers. There is no impact on the company due to the cancellation of the Blanket Manufacturing Project at Kathua under the subsidiary company. The Board meeting was commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 06:15 P.M. | |
