With reference to above captioned subject, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the Company''''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting trading by Insiders (''the Code''), SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and clarification given by NSE, vide its Circular Ref No: NSE /CML/2019/11 dated 2nd April, 2019 and BSE vide its Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 the trading window for designated persons/insiders covered under The Code of Conduct shall remain closed from the end of the quarter i.e. from April 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2021.<BR> <BR>
