Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform that M/s. Jagdish Chand & Co., Chartered Accountants has been appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP in terms of Section 139(8) of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder with effect from September 19, 2018 for conducting limited review for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 and audit for the Financial Year 2017-18. <BR>
