Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with immediate effect till December 26, 2020 to consider and if deemed fit, to approve the Scheme of Arrangement between group entities. <BR> <BR> Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be again closed from December 31, 2020 for the consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & nine months ended December 31, 2020. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record.<BR>
