| MOTILAL OSWAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') (as amended from time to time), we wish to inform the Exchange that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 25, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and in continuation to our letter dated June 21, 2024, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed and will open after 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid matters. | |
