1. Retirement of Mrs Rajni Bector as Director and her proposed appointment as Chairperson Emeritus<BR> <BR> 2. Appointment of Mr Suvir Bector as an Additional Director & Wholetime Director. As a part of Succession Planning, the Board further decided to elevate Mr. Suvir Bector who is presently working as Vice President Export to member of the Board of Directors. The Board appointed Mr. Suvir Bector as an Additional Director & Wholetime Director w.e.f. April 1, 2021 for a period of 5 years.<BR> <BR> 3. Amendment in Articles of Association of the Company <BR> In order to incorporate the requisite provisions regarding terms of appointment of Chairman Emeritus, the Board approved for necessary amendments in the Articles of Association of the Company subject to the approval of shareholders.
