| MSP STEEL & POWER LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 29th May, 2024 to transact the following matters: 1.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 to inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 2.To consider and approve the Auditors' Report for the Audited Financial Statement for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2024 3.Any other business with permission of the Chairman. We also hereby inform you that in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, had already been closed from 1st April 2024 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024. | |
