| MSP STEEL & POWER LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th November, 2020 at 4.00 P.M. at the Corporate Office of the Company to, inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities was closed from Thursday, 1st October,2020 and till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.<BR> | |
