The Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed for designated person which includes Directors and Officers from 1st October, 2021 up to forty eight hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 to the Stock Exchanges.
