This is with reference to your letter no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/GS/ 2020-2021 / 353 dated 09th February, 2021 regarding Clarification on Price Movement. <BR> We wish to inform you that the Company has duly complied and made all the necessary disclosures pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and has never withheld any material information/event that would have had any bearing on the price/volume behaviour of the Company's scrip.<BR> Further, we would like to reiterate that the Company will continue to comply with the applicable disclosures, within stipulated time.<BR> We are therefore of the opinion, that the significant price movement is solely market driven and the Company has nothing to do with this.<BR>
