Pursuant to the provision of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the board of directors at its meeting held on 29th January, 2024 1. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dipen Maheshwari (DIN: 03148904) as a Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f 1st April, 2024 and the same be recommended to the members for their approval at the ensuing annual general meeting (Brief profile is enclosed herewith as an Annexure A) 2. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Jiyan Jitendra Shah (DIN: 08395058) as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term of 5 years w.e.f 30th March, 2024 and the same be recommended to the members for their approval at the ensuing general Meeting (Brief profile is enclsoed herewith as an Annexure B)
