| Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33(3) (d) and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, 23rd May 2024, has inter alia: approved the Audited Financial Results-Standalone and Consolidated for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March 2024 and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2024; took note of the Auditors' Report with an unmodified opinion on Audited Financial Results - Standalone and Consolidated; issued by M/s. Chaitanya C. Dalal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company and Declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and recommended a Dividend @ 12% i.e. Re.1.20 per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March 2024, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting | |
