| Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule lll of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that Mr. Narendra Gupta (DIN: 00418421) has resigned from Board as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from Close of business hours on 18th May, 2023, due to his preoccupation with other avenues that are more closely aligned with his long term goals. The details as required under Schedule III - Para A(7B) of Part A of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015, are given in Annexure 'A' attached to this letter along with copy of the resignation letter i.e. enclosed as Annexure 'B'.
