In continuation of our earlier announcement dated May 30th, 2022 regarding the execution of definitive agreements by Belstar, , for a proposed equity infusion to the tune of Rs. 110 Crores, we wish to inform you that the transaction of primary issuance of 32,35,295 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each at a premium of Rs. 330 per share in Belstar has now been completed.
