This is to inform you that in pursuant of Regulation 39 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure<BR> Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Link Intime India Private Limited, Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company<BR> has informed us on October 24, 2020 about request received for issue of duplicate share certificate against the<BR> Certificate reported to be lost/misplaced as detailed in 'Stop Transfer Register' prepared by them and enclosed.<BR> The duplicate share certificates will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities and on receipt of<BR> relevant documents from the shareholder(s). <BR>
