| NAGPUR POWER & INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results<BR> (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 along with<BR> other matters as per the agenda of the meeting.<BR> Please note that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with BSE Circular No.<BR> LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 trading window of the Company, for all our directors, KMPs, designated<BR> employees and their immediate relatives, was closed on September 30, 2020 and it will continue to remain closed<BR> till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 and the same has been informed to BSE vide our letter dated September 29, 2020. | |
