This is to inform you that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons, read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons (including their immediate relative), shall remain closed with immediate effect i.e. January 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting to consider the unaudited Financial Results for the aforesaid period shall be intimated separately in due course.
