| NAHAR CAPITAL & FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Regulations'), we would like to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 3rd day of February, 2021 at 4.00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from 1st January, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 as intimated to the Exchanges vide our letter dated 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records please. | |
