Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on November 09, 2021, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 and<BR><BR>2. To consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, on the Equity Share Capital of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from October 01, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 as intimated to the Exchanges vide the Company's letter dated September 30, 2021.
