| NAHAR CAPITAL & FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('the Regulations'), we would like to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 10th day of November, 2022 at 4.00 pm at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from 1st October, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 as intimated to the Exchanges vide our letter dated 30th September, 2022. | |
