Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed from 1st January, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 as intimated to the Exchanges vide our letter dated 31st December, 2022. | |
