| Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that a petition for initiation of Liquidation Process under Section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted against the Company vide Honourable National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench Order dated 08.02.2023 (Copy of the same was available on the website of NCLT i.e. www.nclt.gov.in on 10.02.2023) and Mr. Ravindra Kumar Goyal (having registration no. IBBI/ IPA-001 /IP-P-02019/ 2020-2021/13098) has been appointed as Liquidator of the company by the Honourable National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench under section 34 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
