The Company falls within the ambit of the exemption mentioned in 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, therefore the requirement of submission of Secretarial Compliance Report as specified in the Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 is not applicable to our Company.
