Please take note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 the trading window for the purpose of dealing in shares of the Company shall be closed for all the designated directors, officers, employees and their immediate relatives from Saturday, 01.07.2023 till 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter Ended on 30.06.2023 are approved by the Board of Directors and made available at the website of the Stock Exchange. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors will be informed in due course.
