Please take note that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April, 02, 2019 the trading, window for the purpose of dealing in the shares of the Company shall be closed for all the designated directors, officers, employees and their immediate relatives from Monday, 01.01.2024 till 48 hours after the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2023 are approved by the Board of Directors.
