We wish to inform you that Mrs. Harshbeena Zaveri (DIN: 00003948) has vide letter dated November 8, 2022, tendered her resignation as Non-Executive and Independent Director of National Peroxide Limited ('the Company') with effect from November 8, 2022. The letter mentioning the reasons for her resignation is enclosed as Annexure - 1. Mrs. Harshbeena Zaveri has confirmed that there is no other material reason other than mentioned in her letter. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are also enclosed as Annexure - 2.
