NATURAL CAPSULES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, we wish to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Saturday, the 30th day of October 2021 to consider and take on record, inter-alia, the following items of business:<BR> 1. To Consider and approve the Unaudited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> 2. To consider the Opening and closing of Rights Issue and other ancillary activities.<BR> <BR> 3. To Fix the Record date for determination of Shareholders to whom the Letter of Offer along with other documents shall be dispatched.<BR> <BR> 4.
