This is to inform that the Company has acquired 100% ownership of Nava Resources CI (NRCI), a Company incorporated in Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast).<BR> <BR> The Government of Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) has allotted exploration permit for manganese ore concession over a 64.70 Sq.Kms area and permitted NRCI to carryout preparatory work. <BR> <BR> The Company considers the investments in NRCI to pave way for economic value addition through backward integration and also provides the Company with a cost advantage.
