| This is to inform you that as per Regulation 15(2) OF SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Compliance with the Corporate Governance Provisions as specified in regulation 17 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of 46 and paras C, D and E of Schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, shall not apply in respect of: (b) The listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. As the Company has listed its shares on BSE SME Platform, so the above-mentioned provision will not be applicable to the Company and hence the Company is not required to disclose Related Party Transactions for the half year ended 30" September, 2022 as provided under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. | |
