Naysaa Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our notice dated 18th May,2024, intimated about convening of Meeting of the Board of Directors of Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited (Formerly Known as Naysaa Securities Limited) on Tuesday,28th May,2024 to interalia consider and approve the Audited Consolidate & Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2024. We wish to inform you that in the same meeting, the Board of Directors may also consider/recommend a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2023-24. Kindly be taken as prior disclosure as required under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
