Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and NBCC-Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the trading window for trading in the shares of the Company would remain closed from October 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the completion of the Board meeting for declaration of the financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Accordingly, all persons covered under the above mentioned code are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the shares of the Company during the period of closure of trading window.
