With reference to the Company's code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report the insider trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, we are pleased to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives with effect from 01st October , 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Half Year and third Quarter ending 30th September, 2025.
The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of unaudited financial results would be intimated in due course.
