Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Scrutinizer's Report on remote e-voting as well as voting conducted at the 39th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday 30th September, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. and conclude at 03:30 P.M at Registered office.
The Company had provided to its members the facility of remote e-voting in respect of all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the AGM. Further, voting was also conducted through poll/ballot at the AGM venue.
The Scrutinizer has submitted her report on the combined results of remote e-voting and voting at the AGM. All the resolutions have been passed by the requisite majority.
